This class is not just to learn how to take advantage of correct use of your breathing creating relaxation and well- being. This class will also help you to become more open, aware, disciplined and focused. With time you will start to feel and see physical changes happening to you such as being more positive, happier, clearer in your mind, more relaxed not so stressed about things or people that might affect you negatively but more in control, more powerful, more creative and expressive, tolerant, compassionate, loving and respectful.
There is so much you could benefit from just an hour and a half a week. To much to discuss here, just give it a try and see for yourself how good you feel afterwards!
